Trending @Capgemini; Am I underpaid?
I work as an Associate Consultant (B1). Is this salary appropriate or should I consider switching.

I hate to disagree with you.....I recently confirmed salary for same position in Bangalore location....its between 8-9 LPA.... confirked by linkedin connection
You are defenitely on the higher side for 4 year experience, I am getting 8.3 for B2 with 6+ years
Based on the role, it seems fine but based on the YOE, I would say its a little less. See I was with Capgemini till last year and I reached B1 with only 1 YOE and I got around 7.6LPA. By the time I left the organization, I had 2.6 YOE and 8.23LPA.
