Am I underpaid?

It depends on your role, expectations, we always look at people earning more and feel oh I'm underpaid. I want you to know there are many who are still under 12 LPA with 10 YOE in my org.

Simultaneous there are people with 24 LPA with 5 years of experience. It's how u look at the comparison, the former once are unwilling to switch, and are comfortable. Whereas the latter ones are making switch every year with demand roles like data scientist, software engineer, etc.

I request you to see your own career growth, compare with your old self and decide if u are underpaid.
