4+ years of experience, doing MERN + AI + Security + DevOps + iOS. My CTC is 6.5LPA in hand, no perks except work hours are very very flexible. I play video games or sleep most of the time. IMO you are overpaid, underskilled (for the pay you are getting) but overworked.
