Why are you wasting time here? Remember Murthy has a grandkid? Do you want to waste precious time and instead of working 20+ hours in a day (obviously 4 hour commute)? Murthy's grandkid has to have a net worth of 10,000 crore by end of his 4th fiscal year

Depends on the skill set, I can see you are a Scrum master, I feel you are fairly compensated.
