I was hired directly from my college in Capgemini exceller program, cleared all their assessments and here I am but I think you can't do much once you join so job switching is only way

I think you joined cg as a analyst so that's why, I joined as a fresher directly in senior analyst with 7.5 lpa so that's the difference

For grade b it should be be above 7 lacs
