In my humble opinion and limited experience.. i feel you are underpaid.. start upskilling yourself and leave infy. I'm sure you'll be valued in some other company who'll pay you what you deserve. In these companies people like us dont get what we deserve whether it's a project or the salary Goodluck

Your salary should ideally be twice your years of experience.

Some of 18 years still around 6L and 13 yers 4L and so on if we discussed this salary related very horror and maintenance of room travel children education and health this much is very very sad this

Problem with skill and confidence can say. Initially you might have worked L1 and L2 Support Projects. You manybhe working on some L3 and you might have some technology hands on.. I am also in same path.. high five.
