Am I underpaid?

Instead of asking if your underpaid, ask how much you need to support your family. The amount varies based on your family conditions, location, marital status, etc. If your answer is that you need more money thaen change your job. If they try to retain you make sure you are getting the amount in your mind.

There is a very simple thing - if you are in tcs then you are definitely underpaid.
