Mae 10LPA pr tha jab Mene Capgemini join ki thi , inhand 72k ati thì , total experience 2.3 years ka tha, I was very happy, but aaj Capgemini me 4 years hone wale hae mere and I’m dispersed , because I’m still on same package 🙃

I am 3.6 years exp but only 5 lpa
