Am I underpaid?

YoE: 16+, CTC: 31.5 LPA Experience in Service delivery, Project, Product and Program management. What should I do to improve my CTC within or outside TCS?

You are within acceptable pay in TCs way more than those who get half the salary of you. I am sure you might have joined TCS as an experienced . If u want to increase CTC only option is to look for other companies
