Am I underpaid?

  1. Experience - 7 years, 2 years pre MBA which is currently of no value add IMO
  2. Qualification - MBA, Tier 2 college (Likes of SPJIMR), 5 years since
  3. Current Org - Ecommerce startup
  4. Work history -
  • Business analyst (ex org)
  • Category management > Category merchandising > Strategy and growth ( current org)
  1. Current CTC - 29lpa

SPJIMR is tier 1 or worst tier 1.5.
If you are from the likes then you should target at least 35-40 LPA Ctc

I'm in a similar place, enjoying my WLB (a bit too much). But probably need to get to 38L+ range.

Depending on how long you've been enjoying your WLB it might be time to make a move. Money does not always need to come at the cost of WLB. Fight marni padegi but you can have both.
