- Try switching to another MNC
- Get a certification course for Product based roles
- Look for other relevant skills and build your skills

Depends on what you do. If you are just doing some very basic copy paste work, even 8lpa is more. If you are doing something rocket science, then may be 80lpa is also not enough.

So true. I haven't been doing any copy paste work, nor it's a very spacex sort of work. I am good & confident with my UX Research & Design skills but I am stuck here.

Yes you are as you said you are a UX designer. The salary that you have is a beginner level salary . I would suggest to move to a startup or a better company for the pay that you deserve for your job
