Am I underpaid?

I am a Java developer with 4 years of experience, current CTC is 7.4 LPA. Based on industry standards, am I underpaid? If yes, what should be the expected CTC for my experience level?

Until you don't have an offer letter never resign. Secondly, yes YOE matters bhai even Job description when you are going to fill the form it's mentioned we are hiring for 3-5 yrs of experience people. It means if you have 2 but having immense knowledge you cannot fill that form. So YOE matters a lot with knowledge.
If you have better understanding in your field, if you are able to describe the project then I can tell you that you will get a minimum of 16+ and max totally depends on how the interview goes.

Depends how skilled you are . YoE has no connection with your salary ; your skills have

I am working on backend development, testing, and DevOps, and I have also upskilled with ETL tools.

Could you share your thoughts on the expected CTC based on my skill set?
