I'm also trying to switch, but due to 3 months notice period, no updates from companies.

What to do? Switch to another company. As simple as that. You're definitely underpaid for B1

From my understanding, experience n grade doesn't matter, It's everything about your skills n knowledge. My friend was A4, he has got offer letter of 7 lpa. earlier it was 4 lpa. His HR told him that if he gets the another offer greater than 7 then they will also increase the package.

@MulticoloredVilla35 : once you switch, you can catch up though. Try to get one offer and keep giving interviews post that as well. Then counter the offer and get it increased even more. Tried and tested. I was in the same boat 3-4 years back. All the best.

@MulticoloredVilla35, I am also underpaid as the same grade and 3 years of experiance. Getring around 3.9 LPA. Time to switch and looks like there is no use of hanging in anymore 😌.

Yes it's less bro. But if you want to stay here get behind your client side manager. I had numerous calls & efforts to transition myself to B2 grade & some good rise in salary.

Hope you get into a better career interms of compensation & profile, soon.
