Generally for skills like SAP- you hit a saturation point in terms of compensation at 25-30Lpa.
The number don’t drastically shift after hitting these numbers from there on. The only way to cross 40 would be to get a good promotion and moving into architect kind of roles or consultation or join a big shot product based company and stay there for long.

What is your role? Title doesn't explain the responsibilities. How much is the bonus and how frequently does it get credited? Is it a sure thing?
