Trending @Accenture; Am I the only one who feels that the HR team at Accenture is good for nothing?
I feel the Corporate Functions team is good for nothing here.
I agree with you . I have worked in TCS before joining Acce. What i feel compared to Acce there every employee can connect with HR easily and there is some visibility
But here we are not getting proper response or help from HR side whenever required .
Very true. They are useless and harass employees. They are puppets of Managers and Senior Managers and don't even listen to the complaints of freshers. They themselves are not aware of most of the things.
No doubt, it's good for nothing other than giving unnecessary attitude.
