"Am I the only one burning out in silence?"
“Does anyone else feel completely alone at work even when surrounded by 200 colleagues? Been a developer for 4 years. Good salary. Good company. But burned out and disconnected. Nobody talks about this. We just pretend everything is fine in standups. Is this just me or is this the IT life?
Agree with u. Finding genuine colleagues who can turn to gud fnds to share thoughts apart from office tasks is tough. Even though teammates or cross team’s colleagues cud talk nicely but cud be only for a day or two. We still need fnds in office as well for mental peace . Advice such as Be professional where just focus on wrk n go home surely will not help for longer duration.
Yes very very much and considering the other comment where he mentioned to make friends from other teams it didn't help me at least
