Am i playing with my career

So i am currently at KPMG, only worked for almost 10 months serving notice cause the client sucked... Have an offer from accenture with 30% hike on my previous.. Do you think this is a hike to take considering my package was previously low and it is below their lower range of package? Also leaving in 10 months would it be okay
