I’ve been with the company for six years and achieved the Internal Job Posting designation B1 two years ago, but I haven’t received the promised raise. Still, I’m proud of my dedication to our project and the progress we’ve made. After a colleague left in May 2024, I took on their admin role and also trained a new admin to keep everything on track.
However, I haven’t received any updates regarding a promotion or salary increase, and we haven’t discussed this before. Lately, I’ve been feeling undervalued despite my hard work and long hours.
You always deserve something good in life. If you feel you are not here then better find some other opportunity.
I can frankly say that the company doesn't care about your progression here..
