Hi everyone, I am java springboot , graphql developer with 1.8 yoe , is 8 lpa good enough? Should I try to switch or buckle up till job market improves? Any suggestions/ comments will be helpful
Right now working in accenture as a senior analyst in development (backend)
YOE - 5.3 CTC - 15.40 LPA (fixed) + 3.2LPA (variable) Tech stack - Java, spring boot, microservices..
I think I'm decent, but I'm not sure. I just wanted to check if my CTC with respect to my experience level is considered below average. I will make sure to work even harder.

As CharSoBees said.. focus and improve your existing skills in spring boot (its so huge.. there are lots of concepts which is used in big applications) also include system design and DS
