I am a scrum master and project manager with 15 YOE. Joined accenture 3 yrs back with 27lpa and no hike since then. Am I getting rightly paid? What should I plan next? How is the market outside for project manager roles if I plan to switch?

For me the ideal salary range is 1.5x to 3.5x of year of experience.

For 15 yoe it should be 22.5LPA to 52.5LPA, you are near the lower range of the salary bracket.

I am also L7 with 15 YOE, and my package is around 42LPA.

How much you will get in in-hand, and how long you are working in Accenture?

I had joined Accenture as Fresher in 2010, after some time the majority of money goes to taxes, EPF and NPS, so in hand is always low.
