Am i getting released from my project? Please help

So i am allocated in a project in FS department and i got an email saying that my allocation ended on 30th of September and i have been filling my timesheet in the incorrect WON and earlier they asked me to fill a ADF (associate declaration form) I am scared that they will release me or fire me please help. Also if i go in my allocation it shows until October 30
