Am I getting paid less?

I am a senior visual designer at a media agency for the past year. I have been paid a salary of 7.2 LPA from my original 6LPA. I am relatively new to the industry (3yoe) wanted to know if I should look for a better pay? Or is this the industry standard?

Industry pay for designers is generally less unless you work at a big agency or company. Anywhere between 8-12 is the range from what I've seen in most companies.
