Am I getting fired?

I work in pwc india,I just got over a call with my colleague stating that I need to work well in the new project that I have been assigned and if I fail to do so my manager will spoil my rating for the year end review. I just got converted to full time employee recently in January. I have been taking the help of my colleague to complete some tasks but he said I should work on my own now and if I fail to do so and my rating comes to 4/5 I might lose my job. What should I do?
