I think at this experience level you can easily get 2.2 LPA per month

People with 4 years experience earn that. For 10 years its good to expect 2.5 to 3 lpm after all deductions.

@TheLastToruk i dont know if people actually get that high salary.
You saying 10 yrs experienced getting 45-50 lpa.

For 10.5YOE as an Angular developer, 1.2L/month (~14.4LPA) is on the lower side. With your MNC experience (Accenture/TCS/Capgemini), you could target 18-25LPA in product companies or startups.

Quick fixes: Switch jobs – Market pays more for Angular experts (2-5YOE itself gets ~15LPA) Upskill – Learn React/Next.js to increase value Negotiate – Highlight your 10YOE impact during appraisals

You’re underpaid – time to act.

Than you so much for your response. I'm worried to switch again now because in 2024 Oct itself I had switched, and again In March 2025 I came back to Accenture. So only worried to switch now in 2025 itself.

It is low, even service based companies are paying 25-28lakh PA for 11 years of experience.

For 10.5 years 20 lpa is less...you can switch

But recently I had switched.. for only 6 months I worked past in capgemini.. it was too toxic.. hence I switched.

Stability comes in question if the skill is not high demand else companies will overlook

Man make a switch to product based company or some good startup you are underpaid. My CTC at 3 YOE was 20 LPA
