I have 5.5 years of experience in an American Fintech with 0 switch till now and I am in a PM role and my total CTC is 31L. What should be my salary in Product Owner/ Manager role with my experience?

If you have 5.5 years of PM experience, then you are definitely underpaid. But not sure about the product culture and work at your current firm. Your new job / salary will depend a lot on how you sell your current responsibilities + how well you do in interviews and case studies.
