Trending @Accenture; Am I eligible for promotion if I am going to on maternity from June?
I am due promotion from last 2 years and I also have client good feedback and recent certification on my skills. But I am afraid if my upcoming maternity leave will affect my past work. Please share your experience on this

nothing to worry about.... you are on the waiting list for 2 years... last year, no one got anything... if you don't have any strong competitors, then your number will be there... usually, who are waiting earlier of the promotion first.. atlest in a long-term project
My previous supervisor had a similar situation but she did get promotion when she came back. (this was 2.5 years ago story)
I have seen colleagues who got promoted even though she is on ML, but her past work record was good...
