Trending @Accenture; Am I eligible for promotion?

Hi Folks!

I am currently at Level 12 and have completed approximately 1.6 years at Accenture. I have a key role in my project, managing a specific client independently, while also contributing to work for other clients. Despite these responsibilities, I joined as an L12 and have not yet received a promotion. I have cleared two TechLeaps

Given the upcoming June promotion cycle, I would like to know if I am eligible for promotion under these circumstances. Input from any Team Lead or senior colleague would be greatly appreciated.

You should be in the project for atleast 18 months and based on performance, you will be promoted. Also keep atleast P2 Proficiency for primary skill

I have 14 months experience in project and P3 in proficiency

I've p4+, so does that help me a lot and is a great differentiator? That's the only best thing I've and without much project visibility, thus the qs.
