Trending @Accenture; Am I eligible for promotion?

I wanted to check if I might be eligible for a salary hike or promotion this cycle. I received my last hike in December and it was double digit, and I’ve now completed 28 months at my current level, with almost 4 years of total service here.

My performance reviews and other contributions have been positive. The only areas I’m aware of that may need attention are a few pending trainings and the fact that I haven’t been regularly visiting the office.

Would appreciate any clarity or feedback on this.
