Trending @Cognizant; Am I eligible for PA to A promotion?

Joined on July 2022 as Fresher. Got into actual hands on project since March 2024, till that was allocated in a ghost project. So already completed 30 months, RTO is 3 days avg, and utilisation is over 80%. Rating as in 2023 is 3 and 2024 is 5. Is there any chance of getting promoted within March? And How can I know about my status? HM or PM doesn't tell anything properly.
