Am i eligible for hike I have got 4 rating since I joined TCS on 2024 July1st as I have got anniversary letter in that there is no hike

Lateral joiners don't receive any anniversary increment. You will receive your first hike for the appraisal session FY25-26 (April 26)

No, wait for April 2026. If things are good you will get annual appraisal.
