Am i eligible for eps ?

I started working in 2021 and my company is contributing to my epf as 8.33 and 3.67 percentage. That is, they are contributing to my eps.

But in 2014, epfo decided that anyone started job after 2014 should not contribute to eps.

Can someone help me understand?
