I am most likely to get Exceptional-1 Rating this time. Also my manager told me that my name is suggested for promotion. I became A5 to B1 last year. So am I eligible for promotion this year as well? As previously I got 3 promotions in Span of 4 years and I will be completing 5 yrs in coming March.

My people manager told me he is sending my name for promotion. Does that mean there is a chance of promotion or will the project manager's approval needed or something?

Well there is nothing we can do apart from waiting it seems. Didn't received Rating nor the promotion letter

Yes you are eligible, but it depends on your manager feedback as well
