Hello fellow Capgeminions,

I have Joined Capgemini as Data Analyst/ Software engineer as fresher in 23rd August-2022. Currently I have completed 19 months in org and received that annual hikes going to take place.

Am I eligible for that or not? How much hike I can expect?

Your duration makes you eligible for the appraisal cycle.

You would've received a rating on GetSUCCESS portal from your N+1. You may want to talk to your N+1 about what percentage of hike.

On average if your rating has been on the positive side expecting a 4% to 7% seems normal.

Thats a standard mail communication sent to everyone. That is the yearly appraisal communication. It happens only once a year.
