Trending @Accenture; Am i eligible for a promotion ?

Hi Folks!

I am currently at Level 12 and have completed approximately 1.6 years at Accenture. I have a key role in my project, managing a specific client independently, while also contributing to work for other clients. Despite these responsibilities, I joined as an L12 and have not yet received a promotion. I have not cleared TechLeap yet.

Given the upcoming June promotion cycle, I would like to know if I am eligible for promotion under these circumstances. Input from any Team Lead or senior colleague would be greatly appreciated.
