Am I earning good as per current market ?
I m dilemma, current tech stack is good & good work life balance. But looking at other salaries with same years of experience, I feel like I am being lowballed. Should I look for a switch ?

Can u mention these other salaries and companies of those which u are looking at to consider this low? Otherwise u are at least earning in top 20% for sure, with ur yoe.
If you checkout salaries section in this app. You would see avg. base is around 36 from series C-D and unicorn companies
There are more factors to consider. City, company domain or work profile. Like a PM would earn higher than u in same yoe or someone post masters. B’lore has high salaries as compared to Indore. So better u check levels fyi and guage within ur own company first
