Am I doing good?

Having 2 years of experience in compliance, rn I am making 58k/pm in hand. I am not sure if I am well paid or underpaid. Moreover, I am always in a state of dilemma about job security as I am just a normal graduate and want to understand how I can grow further. Any suggestion wud be of great help. Thanks.
