CTC : 4.5L YOE : 6 yrs (still no ITA promotion )
Don't waste your job years. Remember one thing we are engineers... Our job life will end at 60 years. After 60 yrs, no one will ask you how much you had contributed towards the industry or whatever.. Switch organization as it is best thing for you. I am also facing same issue and thinking about the same.
True but something is stopping me and I don’t even know what’s that and why
I know our mind used to get cluttered with different ideologies bit the fact the more you will work in toxic environment. It will take physical toll on your body and will drain out physically and mentally. It's high time to switch the organization. I am also thinking same. My (Resignation is in Progress) .
