Am I being underpaid?

Guys, I need second opinion on this So, I had one interview with this Australian youtuber who's looking youtube content strategist with 2 yrs of work exp. I match the JD and interview went well too. He wants to hire from India coz ofc cheap labour. But when it came to compensation part i quoted him ₹40k (inhand salary) and he agreed. Then I did some research and realised that in India for this role and yrs of work exp, it's ₹50k/month ($850) average and in Australia it's $4000/month. Now I feel like I will be underpaid so how can I renegotiate this? Right now, nothing is in written yet

If you would rather have no job, go for it.

He's probably not going to go ahead with you if he realises you got greedy.

40k is a pretty good sum for your role, you don't live in Australia and it's stupid to compare yourself with AUS salaries. Their cost of living is higher dum dum.

Take what you're getting, it's better than having nothing.

Thanks. Actually, I wanted renegotiate for avg salary in India and not australia. I understand he won't pay me aus avg salary. You Think it will be a good idea?

You can write a nice email with the higher salary request with rationale. There's nothing wrong. There's always a 10% chance he'll not give the job, and another 10 % chance he's not going to increase it. You could also throw in an option "avg sam is 50k, but because we agreed for 40k, try my work for a month and from next month 50k"... Figure some sweetner out

Okay so they extended offer of 41k in hand but as avg salary for this role with my exp is 50k I'll be pitching that number as I already have two offer that gives me 45k and 48k (gross). What all proof I should include in my email for renegotiation? Or should I ask to gmeet with them directly
