Hi All, I have 3.9 YOE with utilities functional and testing related experience. Currently CTC is 7Lpa with 5% variable. I have two offers from CTS and IBM with 11-12 LPA. Which one should I switch to.

I would say if possible better switch career to DEVOPS or developer which will pay you more.
If you really want to continue testing switch to CTS.
