As a 4 year exp. You can earning good from my perspective, I have around 3.9 years exp. I am earning 1.15

You can go to a random startup and try to increase CTC, or to some mid level tech firm.

4yoe can fetch you between 20-40lpa depending on skill set. When you are planning to switch , beside what you will be happy with and target that. If you get that pay , be happy, otherwise keep trying.
