Am i being paid too less?

I got a job in DWS and being offered 34.6 lpa and the position of AVP but I have to move to a different city. I have 10 years of experience. Am I being paid too less as compared to my experience?

23 lpa (20.95 fixed + 2.18 var) current loc: pune. Have to move to Bangalore.

This is good. Bangalore isn't that expensive compared to Pune. Also if your office is near Whitefield, the roads are good and there's metro connectivity.
