Am I being paid fairly as a PO/BA

Hey folks, I’m currently working as a Staff Consultant at Nagarro with a CTC of 25 LPA (5% variable). I have 9 years of total experience — started in banking as a credit underwriter and moved into IT about 5.5 years ago. Been working as a BA and recently stepped into a Product Owner role. Just wanted to check — does this compensation sound fair for my profile and experience?
