Am I being paid fairly as a PO/BA
Hey folks, I’m currently working as a Staff Consultant at Nagarro with a CTC of 25 LPA (5% variable). I have 9 years of total experience — started in banking as a credit underwriter and moved into IT about 5.5 years ago. Been working as a BA and recently stepped into a Product Owner role. Just wanted to check — does this compensation sound fair for my profile and experience?

if you have a 5.5 years of experience in IT, then this compensation is quite enough for now. However, my recommendation is that you should work on your skills, and eventually you can deserve a better package of around 40-50 LPA. Currently, the market is at boom for data professionals. If anyhow, you could be able to grow your some skills in AI/ ML/ Data Science , then in 1-2 years, you would expect a better hike.
