Am I being offered too less?

I have recently been offered a product designer role at one of the Big 4 companies. But the offer they have made is at 12lpa. I have around 3 years of overall experience and a Master's degree in design. There seemed to be no wiggle room during the negotiation. What should I do?

Times are tough, you most likely don't have any other levrage, it is what they say "recession market".

I know a 3yoe designer at Scopely (blr office) getting paid 25lpa, (Bsc degree in animation)
