Am I being ghosted?
I am trying to switch after working four years in Deloitte. Its my first switch. I had put the paper in April and my LWD was on 2nd July.
I have backup offer from infosys with DOJ - 7th July. But during my notice period i cleared two rounds of interview for EY and final round which is client round is pending. I had given 2nd round on 20 june and on 25th June i got mail from recruiter to submit documents for background verification like LWD proof , form 16 , etc. I am following with recruiter for client round but he says he has not got the slot .
Just wanted to know how much time it takes to schedule client round. Ir i am being ghosted for expecting more ctc(19 LPA with 4 yoe)
Also now of if i join infosys what if recruiter schedules the client round after joining ?? Van i put the paper within probation?
That's so irritating from HR tbh. Better call the contact if you have who scheduled your round, else don't wait for EY.
I called him on Friday he mentioned he is trying to schedule asap but he don’t have the slot
Speaking from personal experience, getting slots from clients can be difficult
Why client round? In Deloitte you were in usi or India
