Am I being ghosted?

So i received an offer letter from a well known company and my joining date is 14th July. My background verification process was also completed last week.

However whenever I try to reach out to the HR for further process, he doesn't pick up the calls or reply on my email.

I don't know if I am being ghosted here. Any idea or a similar experience someone has?

When overthinking becomes a hobby

It's not overthinking. It's the state of today's companies

I second this, true for today's companies. Recruiters are least interested in providing a response.

No , you are not, HRs job is done, that’s why they are not responding, mostly onboarding team will take it forward, so yeah! Don’t overthink too much

If u have joining date set, normally onboarding instructions come in ur mail box like 1 week to 2-3 days before doj. It is generally a practice performed by all companies. Don't worry and congratulations on new job

Thanks man. It's just that I wanted to know when I should expect to receive my joining kit.

I can totally resonate with you on this. I was going through this phase last month as I have 90 days notice and the HR doesn't respond most of the time. However once the HR explained to me that I don't need to worry as I have the date and there are times when they have a lot of things going on so they are not able to respond. So here I am, at the end of my notice and joining from 30. As the date comes near the HR is now overthinking whether I will join or not so she keeps on calling and there are times when I am not able to respond. So the overthinking loop starts there as well 😅

Many HRs are like this.
I have faced similar situations but I did joined the company on the joining date.
