Trending @HCL; Am I applicable for compensation letter

Hi All,

I just got recently transferred to UK by HCL, but 2 years I was working in India for HCL.

So my basic question is now they have transferred me to UK I got new SAP id , so am I eligible to get compensation letter and if yes then my compensation letter will be in UK standard or it will be as per Indian CTC

You will get letter with hike for both UK and India salary components … Indian salary increment will be slight.

I just got to know that as I am deputed in Uk for short visit, I will receive my compensation one I will be transferred back to India again.

Refer to HCL UK policies for more clarity, I think India policies are no longer applicable for you.
