Am carrying (5months) , currently on bench.Dovtor advised not to travel.so submitted WFH exception during bench to my supervisor
But she was not approving it.did I get WFH exception or not?.also did the bench policy affect s me? Am looking for a short term project, but no one is accepting me for that...what will be the impact? How can I secure my job now.

they should approve exception

so what’s the reason they are giving to Not approve exception??
They should approve, Rmg is just another level here seriously

As far as I know you will not get allocated to a project also you will not be terminated. Only deployment index will be affected. Inform to your HRBP about your pregnancy. But if they don't approve WFH exception you should connect and chase with mails. And if they inform you that you will not get exception now exhaust your leaves for now. May be after 7 months try for exception

You can drop an email as well to your HRBP, Manager, and the superior. You can highlight above. They should approve asap.

Pls quote or share the flexible work arrangements document from the HR policy hub to your supervisor over email tagging her manager and your HR and requesting work from home. She has to approve it as per organisational policy.
You can continue working post delivery as well until the child is 1 year of age as per the policy. I'm a father and took 1 year of WFH using the same policy.
Good luck with your pregnancy journey.

Stress is harmful for the baby , be aware of that.
First nothing will happen to your job
Worst case, even if it happens, you can easily get job after some time, market reopens , many companies encourage mothers who took a break to join the workforce
All in all , my opinion is baby comes first, all the best to you and your family, enjoy the phase

All the best for your preganancy journey. They can't terminate you due to the labour rules in India.
