Always liked to love others (and helping them is my way of loving)

Turned on Grapevine after long time and saw this message. When someone writes something beautiful, which is longer than 4 sentences always feels like someone gave me a flower 🌸 Helping others feels like I am hugging them and to me hug is everything - it's way of expressing love. I used to wonder why do I love strangers and wanna help them out (with no expectations). My ex-psychologist helped me understand that reason. I am being "that" to others which no one could be to me when I needed them.
