Always complaining. Why so?

There is this one person on LinkedIn that I see is always complaining about her work. Why do yall think that is?

I know who you are referring to and sometimes even I wonder how many of those toxic work place / culture anecdotes by her are even real.

Building your entire LinkedIn followers purely from sad tales from work doesn't really leave a positive impression. I wonder if all this LinkedIn rambling will cause trouble for her during bg check in interviews.

If all her stories are true and not written for the algorithm then I truly pity her.
