Trending @Capgemini; Altran to Capgemini

Capgemini acquired Altran but people working in Antran wing are still not able to apply for jobs in Capgemini. Can anyone tell when can Altran/Aricent people get movement or transfer in Capgemini projects? Also what is the reason of this obstacle.
